Returns Policy

ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE RETURN POLICY:

Purchases denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All other apparel purchased on sale on the Reel Sportswear website (www.reelsportswear.com) may be exchanged for size or returned for online store credit to be used at www.reelsportswear.com. $7.00 will be deducted for return shipping costs if the prepaid shipping label is used. Reel Sportswear must receive sale merchandise for exchange or credit within 15 days from the date the item is shipped. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the original tags. No refunds will be made on sale merchandise.

What is your Returns Policy?

• Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

• Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Pop-Up Stores Returns Policy

Products purchased from a Reel Sportswear event / trade show will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support.
