What you need to look for in your fishing apparel is comfort, flexibility, something that will breathe, something that will keep you protected from the sun, the bugs, the rain, the heat, and move with you without binding or holding you back. Simple, no?
You also need to think about hats and caps, accessories, footwear, and they all need to do what you want them to. A tee, some cargo shorts, and your cap that holds two beer might be great for an hour or two, but if you are determined, you will need a bit more.
You also want to be able to get everything you need from a few pieces. A tee-shirt underneath something with long sleeves, shorts under long pants, or sweats, as you may need to layer rather than pack a bag.
