To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item (see “Returns Policy”) and then placing a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.
Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our warehouse) to place an exchange order.
