First of all, we hope you enjoyed the recent event!
Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, we'll try make it as seamless as possible.
Just so you're aware, anything purchased at an event can only be returned for store credit, we do not currently offer exchanges.
Simply get in touch with the guys from Customer Support by hitting one of the links at the bottom of this article and send them the following details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt - The cashier will have provided the receipt at the event.
- Customer support will then use the information to create your returns label so you can return the RS product free of charge.
Once we've received the return at the warehouse, we'll send you your store credit for the full value of the item.
